Detroit needs more black businesses. Detroit, Michigan and the United States need more black people with wealth.
Gentrification is not race based, It is a change through more affluent residents and businesses. If an area is not gaining assets it is going backwards. No community wants to go down. Please read deeper in Glazers article.
